New Testament Greek for Beginners - J. Gresham Machen

This instruction book by the noted New Testament scholar has been a standard in seminaries since its publication in 1923. As stated in the Preface: "... everything in it is made subservient to the imparting of a reading acquaintance with the language. ... The effort is made here to enter upon those explanations which the fifteen years' experience of the author in teaching New Testament Greek has shown to be essential." The book consists of 33 lessons with vocabulary lists and abundant exercises. Summary paradigm tables, Greek-English and English-Greek vocabularies, and topical index are included.
